This is a pull-focused workout with controlled reps, combined with posture building techniques that will give you a more balanced body. Whilst other modalities focus heavily on push movements, this workout is needed to support your everyday movements through slow and strong reps. We focus on imbalances, core, scapula retractions and mobility in this slower paced class!
