Our Academy for 13-16 year olds is designed to build the foundations for lifelong training.
We focus on mastering bodyweight movements first, then progressively introduce technique work, barbell training, and strength & conditioning in a safe, structured way.
Alongside training, we educate young athletes on the basics of nutrition, recovery and healthy habits. The goal is to develop not just strength, but confidence, resilience and movement skills - preparing them for sport, performance, and independent training as they move through school and beyond.
This is about setting up the next generation to train well, train smart and build a strong future.

WHY THE ACADEMY?
The ACADEMY has been designed in line with ASCA standards to provide technique and foundational training to 13-16 year olds. Each session has been carefully designed to accommodate beginners and advanced participants with different session options. After much feedback from parents that children do not learn enough about weight training and gym based activities in school, the ACADEMY was created to fill this gap.
WHO IS IT FOR?
The Academy is for motivated 13–16 year olds male and females who want to move better, get stronger, and train in a safe, structured environment - whether they play sport, are new to training, or want expert coaching during their key development years. This will set teens up for independent training later in life and will build strong foundations in movement, strength, confidence and discipline.
WHAT MAKES THE ACADEMY DIFFERENT?
Our Academy is led by experienced professional coaches, delivered in small groups (8 maximum), and focused on quality over quantity. We prioritise correct movement, progressive strength training, education and accountability - all within a supportive, community-driven studio environment.
