Does my membership allow me to train across all CW Studios?

Yes - all memberships allow you to train across all studios. This includes if you are on an intro offer with us. Your pass will let you try out different coaches and classes across Applecross, Highgate, Nedlands and South Perth.

Do you do group classes?

Yes, we hold over 120 group classes per week. Check out our range of classes under ‘Services’. We also run private corporate wellness classes for businesses around Perth.

How do I make a booking?

Class bookings can be made via the website under ‘Group Timetable’ or via our app.

Do I need to be a certain fitness level?

You don't need to start with a certain fitness level, we train people from beginners to advanced.

How long are PT sessions?

Personal training sessions range from 30 minutes and 45 minutes. If you’re unsure what is best, we can discuss with you what suits.

Do you offer packages for the PT sessions?

Yes - we offer multiple packages ranging from 10-20 sessions.

I have an injury and some health conditions, will I be okay?

Yes, all the coaches have many years working with people who have various injuries and health conditions. Please contact us to discuss how we can help (including rehab exercises) to get what you need.

Can I do sessions at home?

Yes, one of our experienced trainers can come to you. If you don’t have a suitable space at home we can also train outdoors at a nearby park. We will travel to Dalkeith, Nedlands, Claremont, Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Peppermint Grove, Kings Park, City Beach, Perth CBD with a small travel surcharge.
