Training for a hybrid fitness race or endurance event? ✌️
Our CW Hybrid sessions are designed to help you build the strength, engine and race-day confidence needed for hybrid fitness competitions and functional endurance events both in Perth and around the world.
These sessions combine running, ergs, sled work and functional strength training performed under fatigue - helping you prepare for the demands of race-style events in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Whether you’re completely new to hybrid racing or an experienced competitor, our community includes a mix of abilities and experience levels, creating a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for everyone.

Sessions may include combinations of:

* Ski Erg
* Rowing
* Sled Push
* Sled Pull
* Burpee Broad Jumps
* Farmers Carry
* Sandbag Lunges
* Wall Balls
More than just a workout, these sessions also focus on pacing, transitions, movement efficiency and race strategy to help improve overall performance. You’re welcome to join casually or make it part of your regular weekly training. Members, PT clients and external athletes are all welcome.
